Welcome to our Community Blog Platform! :-)

Hi Cougars!!

Welcome to SEA’s Community Blog Platform, a space for all community members to share their experiences and perspectives on life within EV as well as our surrounding environments. With this platform, we aim to further our mission of fostering an increasingly open and inclusive EV community.

When you’re writing your own blog posts, think first about issues/experiences that you care about or want to highlight within our community. As a guideline, you can try to write posts that fall under one of the tags that posts can be categorized under, like Mental Health, Identity, Trauma, etc. However, our platform is meant to be a space where community members can freely express their thoughts and experiences through writing, so definitely don’t feel limited by these categories!

When your post has been submitted for review, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, and a response will be delivered within a week. A team of SEA members will read over and approve your writing before publication. As the author, you have the choice to reveal as much about your identity as you want depending on individual comfort level.

On this Blog Platform, we hope that you will be able to read about different community members’ perspectives, learn about new things, and ultimately, realize that you are not alone. By being vulnerable with one another, we create a school environment that bridges barriers and champions solidarity.
