Should be ready to raise their hand and get involved, get ready to THINK, I don't believe I assign a lot HW, but I require students to think ab what they're learning - being able to reflect and share with class
Come with a sense of openness
What advice would you give to incoming students?
I value presence. I value my own and presence from students. I value participation, people expressing their own interests and opinions in a respectful way even if there's diff of opinions
I view my classroom as an opportunity to create an ideal society, peoples’ presence is recognized and respected
